Any recommendations for senior/quality agents to manage rental property in dulwich and give view on possible rent and required improvements etc? It's our family home so more keen on experienced agent and quality tenant than the most rent.

I don't want a 20 something year old who's doing it until they can do something better.

ARLA is a letting agents qualification - look for MARLA which identifies a Member who will be a qualified letting agent.
