I've always been a bit sceptical about Nextdoor, who are they anyway? Some offshoot of Facebook? It's based in the same area. They want every bit of your personal information and I don't want to give it to them. Not even this eastdulwichforum website asks as much.

I also doubt some of the posts on there, loads of lost cats, probably fake to try and get things going and to get people to sign up.

I also have strong reservations about the NextDoor app. They seem very keen to get you to use your Google, Facebook and other logins to register

Best avoided, I reckon.
