Electrician needed to connect two fuse meters

Hi my home has two electricity meters as it used to be two flats and they kept the two boxes separate when they put the house back together. Ideally I would like to merge these so all electricity is going through one box (and I only get charged one standing charge). Not sure how easy a job that is or even if it is possible but wondered if there was an electrician who could come and quote me. Many thanks
