Can anyone recommend a washing machine specialst that is in the area to fix a blocked washing machine - preferably in situ?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for yout response. I will give you a call tomorrow. In teh menatime I haveattched some pics of the machine which I think is blocked further up the system due to a distintegrated bath mat. Have clean filter but it cant get past draining. Its a fairly new machine too.
