Children's podiatrist/ dermatologist

Hello,

Can any one recommend somewhere to remove a wart from a child's hand? We've been to dulwich podiatry to try the freezing method but their appointments are so rare it's impossible to book as necessary. At this stage I'm open to anything and am starting to wonder if a dermatologist might be able to fix it more quickly. Any recommendations gratefully recieved!
