Weekly Teen Classes at JAGS Sports Club - Open to Members and Non Members

Recommended Posts

As promoted by Great Ormond Street, exercise in young people is hugely important, increasing concentration, building a stronger heart, encouraging healthy growth and development, lowering stress and anxiety, improving posture and balance and impacting self esteem.

Although there are a lot of teens living in the area, they are often less represented by community clubs and groups. As such, JAGS Sports Club has developed a number of classes across the week that are specifically designed with teens in mind!

These sessions are led by highly experienced instructors who are there to encourage and support positive attitudes to body and mind, forging a healthy relationship to exercise for years to come.

The following classes are available every week:

Monday - Teen Yoga with Alison at 6-7pm

Wednesday - Teen Cycle with Maxi at 6.15-6.45pm

Thursday - Teen Box with Annamaria at 6-7pm

Saturday - Youth Gym with Marco at 2-2.45pm (beginners) and 3-3.45pm (advanced)

Sunday - Youth Gym at 12.30 - 1.30pm

Book now on 020 8613 6500.

Members can attend teen sessions for free but non members are also welcome at £5 per class.

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
