Wanted - Vic Lee Lordship Lane print

So, we were lent this print by a relative a few years ago. It hung on our wall until we moved and, long and short, somehow it ended up in the pile for the tip! We've contacted the artist but it's no longer in print. Don't suppose anyone has a copy that is just gathering dust?
