Recycling small electrics Dulwich

Is there a bin for recycling small electric items at the junction in Dulwich Village? I thought I saw one a while ago, but can't see it on street view.

It's no longer there. I walked there several months ago and no longer could find it. The bin man said they moved it elsewhere in Southwark. You can find the locations on the Southwark map: https://geo.southwark.gov.uk/connect/analyst/mobile/#/main?mapcfg=Southwark%20Recycling

The closest place is the main recycling centre on Old Kent Road. It seems there a container at Elephant & Castle as well at 143 Walworth Road, SE1 6SP.

Argos in the big Sainsbury's will take them even if you didn't buy them there.

At least, they were doing that last year (took mine), maybe check first?

I've just noticed a small electrical recycling bin by Denmark Hill station as I was going past on the bus!

Also noticed one today on the left hand side of the road that runs along the top of the woods from Lordship Lane towards the Wood House pub.

Does anyone have an update on where one can recycle things like electrical cables in the East Dulwich area? Thanks!

There is one at the 63/363 northbound bus stop near the Herne Tavern. It was full a few days ago; I reported it.

There is a small electricals recycling box on Quorn Road, opposite the Denmark Hill Sainsburys.

In case it is relevant here .... Albrighton Community Fridge [just further up from DKH Sainsburys on opposite side] are taking in unwanted electricals.
