We're going on a bear hunt...

Just a heads up about a wonderful puppetry production of 'We're Going On a Bear Hunt' which is on at the Little Angel Theatre in Islington at the moment. We went this morning with our 2 yr 8 mth old and we were all captivated! An amazing production which gives lots of life to the story with music and puppets.

We were supposed to be going to this on Saturday but can't now due to chicken pox. Which is a shame. If anyone wants our tickets then they are for sale in the classified section...

We've just got back after seeing it this morning - my 2 year old loved it. I still can't believe he sat still for 45 minutes! It's a gorgeous production - would highly recommend it.

Just saw this today - seen a lot of children's theatre and this was really one of the very best. Wonderful songs, actors, and a small intimate theatre which I think is really important for little ones. Not to be confused with the West End version which has just opened.

It's direct on the overground to Highbury and Islington too and highbury park has a great playground by its entrance if you want to make a day of it.

It's on until mid July.

thanks for that tip Bellenden Bear - we're going this weekend but not taking my younger son in (21 months) - so were ho[ping there'd be a good playground nearby where my husband can take him. Jenny, which day are you going? will look out for you!
