Looking for someone to help look after an Airbnb property

Hi all,

I run a property management company for short stay rentals and we recently took on a 5 bed detached house in the East Dulwich area. I am looking for someone local that would be able to help keep an eye on the property. This would entail carrying out fortnightly inspections and helping guests on site if the need arises. Plus meeting on site maintenance or trade people when the need arises. We manage all guest communications in office. We will also be looking for a local cleaning company to manage the turnovers.

Please send me a message if you're interested.

Hello. Did you find someone? I have a property in EC1 that I manage (aribnb and lots of other platforms) and have an eye for detail and scrutiny like nothing else!! I am particular and efficient, reliable and careful. If you are still looking for help let me know and I would love to help!

    • Are you now the forum police?
    • Just because the security did not chase the shoplifter does not mean no action was taken. Security camera footage can be sent to the police and used in evidence and actually is an effective means of prosecution.  Staff should not put themselves in a potentially dangerous position - stock is insured and can be replaced.  I remember a member of Coop staff chasing a thief and getting hurt
