Well, having seen the piece in today's "Observer" about how in Cornwall grey squirrels are being used to make Cornish Pasties, and are indeed now regarded as "game" (a naturally sweet meat, because of all the nuts and berries they eat apaprently) and flying off (sic) deli shelves at ?3.50 each, it can surely but be a matter of time before a local entrepreneur does the obvious...:))
