Local support group for partners of people with mental health issues?

Any one know of one?

Virtual or real. Either would be helpful.

If it makes a difference, the issue is suspected to be on the schizophrenia spectrum. (Although unclear, as the suffering partner resists help and will not see a doctor, other than when presenting to A&E believing self to be dying.)

I used this service for advice, although it was about 10years ago. I

was looking more for advice for my nephew, who refused to come with me.

I decided to go to a party that was being held that week and found people

really helpful, maybe worth checking, if they can't offer help they may be able

to advise where it can be had.
