Yeah we had three 2-4 year olds with us who were very excited about it all, then he came to life and they clung to us for dear life, but quickly got back into it and were dancing and smiling.

Unfortunately I didn't get to take a snap.

TR, you might need to compress the picture first. try something like this http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ or do it on paint, photoshop et al.

We thought it was absolutely brilliant . So realistic .

My little one excitedly told his nan that there was a decepticon from transformers in the park .

Loved the crowds of people following the robot everywhere with their children either clinging in fear or awe of the robot .

Its been all over the world. I believe there is 3 of them now. Very heavy and hot outfit for sure. My daughter loved it, waited for ages with excitement to see it. Stood for 8 minutes filming only for my iPhone to corrupt the file, not impressed. Spent the rest of the day being forced to watch various youtube videos instead.

The creator is from Cornwall, he was originally a panel sprayer in a garage but had bigger ambitions. It cost him ?30,000 to make the first outfit, considering he supposedly rents the things out at ?1,500 for 2 x 30 minute shows he's earning a LOT of money. Its been to every continent, starred in adverts and TV shows, award shows, on tour with singers, you name it. First appearance was 2010.

HOW much???

?1500 for an hour??? You could get Debbie Harry for that!!!

    • https://www.letslinkuk.net/ I'm interested to know why the OP didn't find this sort of scheme to work, as I would have thought it was much harder to find someone to do a direct exchange with? Does anybody else have experience of a scheme like this? Happy to be persuaded!
    • I personally think is a great idea Bobbly and would love if there was a section for it. I wouldn't offer free gardening under the "for sale" section as I would expect something in exchange and wouldn't expect our cat being looked after for free under the "wanted" section, as an example.
    • Looking for used decking boards. Should be hardwood
    • I have fond memories of Govinda's I used to go there  back in the 90's (maybe earlier) for an affordable tasty lunch..I was wondering if its still around. Now I have to make a point of going there. Does anyone else remember a really affordable basement cafe run by the church in a street off of Golden Square? parallel to Regent Street? I also used to love the Vegetarian cafe on Neal Street in the basement (Neal Street Cafe?) and there was an inczredible inexpensive authentic Japanese resturant I use to go to with my Japanese friends (who introduced me to it) tucked away behind Long Acre where that brown brick modern building ('modern' I think it went up in the 90's!) now stands that fronts Long Acre and Neal Street..I think it was called Asakasa or something?
