Mess left by Dexters

I reported a mess (food, cleaning liquids, metal poles, cleaning clothes, etc - see attachment) on the path outside a house on Stuart Rd being to the letting agents Dexters twice today.

On both occasions I was told their management team were looking into it but nothing was done to clear up the mess.

Surely you would think if Dexters had any sense of commitment to the community they are working in they would have had someone come out from their local office with a bin liner and dealt with the mess immediately???

Is it Dexters issue to deal with or fir them to inform the owner?

Really depends if they are acting just as a letting agent or fully managing the property.

Hopefully it's sorted now.
