Found: red Viking Belgravia bicycle SE22

Label: "City and Trekking, Young Adult, Mountain and Racing Bicycle" The bike was left abandoned in the middle of the road in front of our house several months ago. We've asked around, posted on several forums and online groups, but we're none the wiser. If you know anything about this bike or where we can find its owners, please let me know. We're not really cyclers so don't know what the best thing is to do here.
