Some info about it:

The Cnoc 20 is aimed at children who might be tall for their age, so therefore require a bigger bike, but without the added complexity of gears or older children who are a little later to riding.

The bike features a single speed setup with a 14T cog and a 25T chainring. The whole drivetrain is encapsulated in a plastic, floating chainguard that keeps inquisitive fingers away from the chain as well as keeping any clothing clean and out of harms way.

The stopping duties are taken care of with aluminium V-brakes, with micro-reach brake levers. 

At 6.6kg the Cnoc 20 is certainly one of the lightest 20″ wheeled bikes on the market, but with that comes one of the heftiest prices. It’s a big investment for a four year old, especially as they grow so fast, but this large initial outlay is slightly offset by the great resale value.
