legal advice needed for new business start up

Hello. I know there are loads of local parents who work freelance or who run their own small businesses. i am currently in the process of setting up a small company, and am looking for some advice on the legal and financial side. Does anybody know if there is any support or advice centres locally specialising in this field? Thanks

HMRC used to run free courses in the past ,not sure what is the situation now,you can check with their helplines
