Hi

I have a property on coldharbour lane which is coming to its end of tenancy end of July. The property has 3 double bedrooms upstairs and 2 living rooms downstairs ( one living room has been converted into a bedroom). Has a kitchen / diner and a small: medium garden. It’s right near kings college hospital easy transport links.

We are putting it on the market in 2 weeks time as waiting to take new photos and floor plans.

It’s for a long term let, it is a perfect family home and perfect for sharers.

Happy to do viewings before market launch , will update this post once photos and floor plans are available.

if you are interested please drop me a message.

Our outgoing tenants are fantastic and this was their first property they lived in after moving out of their parents homes. They’d be happy to share any tips etc we helped them settle into the area as landlords that live locally it makes a difference!

    • There was a few around Loughborough Junction which were similar. The Green Man, Harrier's and The Loughborough Hotel come to mind. Harrier's could be a bit, erm, lively at times, but they were okay for a couple of pints early doors. A rough rule of thumb was, if someone puts The Wolfe Tones on the jukebox, you've probably outstayed your welcome. I was in one in Dalston Junction some years ago when a very large Irish lad mistook the home-made Scotch Bonnet sauce for tomato ketchup - and he obviously really liked tomato ketchup. I've never seen such a big bloke shed so many tears.

    • I agree with @malumbu Forest Hill around the Horniman. Forest Hill station has Southern Rail and Windrush, The London bridge train is great for connecting to Northern Line or Southern Trains to Charing X and Cannon Street.  When I need to get into the city I take Windrrush to Whitechapel then Elizabeth Line to Liverpool Street. Lots of parks, Lots of young families, farmers Market on Sunday, Decent nearby pool and gym. Independent Butcher a few Delis (Aga's The butcher sells Deli stuff And Pantry on Perry Vale) and good independent cofee shops, An organic  grocer on dartmouth road.. Sainsburys, Costa, Superdrug and TJ Jones (WHSmith) are branches of chains based there.
