About to take a massssssssssssssssssssssssively massive increase in mortgage repayments now my lovely low fixed is about to dissappear.

Anyone found any good quotations recently for fixed rate? Anyone daring enough to go variable/tracker at the moment?

Managed to get a pretty good rate today with Abbey but been assured that it'll probably be gone tomorrow unless I take it now. I've heard this is the case but neber like to be coersed or rushed into these things.

Comparing to Jon Charcol and money supermarket it looks pretty good.

Any websites worth checking out?
