This is the lightest folding wheelchair you can buy, I believe. You can pick it up easily with one hand and it fits into even a smaller car boot. I had it customised to swap the hard rear tyres for pneumatic ones for a more comfortable ride. It really is a joy to push and on smooth surfaces can be done easily with just one hand. I have a waterproof bag that can be hung on the back and in it I kept a waterproof, fleece-lined leg cover/blanket (Bundlebean brand).

  I doubt it was the ice cream. Lots of winter bugs around. Noro virus is around ATM and it can have a sudden onset. It is horrible to see little ones being ill but hopefully it will pass soon. Call 111 if you are concerned.
