Cyclehoop / Southwark Council

I recently moved house within Southwark and to my joy, according to the cyclehoop bike hangar website there was a space just outside my new house.  I currently have a hangar space outside my old house.

After nothing happening for two weeks I rang cyclehoop this morning.  They tell me they no longer have a contract with Southwark so the availability on their website is not longer up to date.  They are waiting to transfer the database to Southwark but nothing has happened yet.

Anyone else know what the plan is?  All cyclehoop gave me was the [email protected] address.  I can't really give up my old hangar (for which there is a long waiting list) until a new one becomes available, so everybody loses.

As I understand it, Southwark Council are taking over installation and management of cycle hangars, so that might explain the delay.
