BackinSE22
I'm looking into laying a solid wooden floor (on top of the existing boards) and have found shops who will sell and fit it but that seems expensive, so I'm wondering who is out there / recommended who could lay it if I buy it from, for example, Homebase?Recommendations very gratefully received. amydown
Try Terry Malone (search on the forum). Terry is a professional carpenter and has done quite a few things for us. Most recently, he laid our son's floorboards (on top of existing) and we are very happy with his work. He is a pleasure to deal with and really professional.
