Hi all

I'm not sure where I stand here. I have a driveway where the pavement is dropped but which "technically" isn't marked as a driveway ie. no white lines (application is in). However in the meantime, it is clearly a driveway, and is used as such.

A neighbour keeps blocking me in. Do I have any rights without the white lines?

When they do this, I can't use my car. A note was left but the response wasn't very neighbourly!

Can anyone advise me if I have any rights here without the white lines?

thanks

Have you contacted the police to see if they can issue a ticket without the white lines? If you already have the legal rights without the lines, then have them towed / ticketed. If you don't have the legal rights yet, then unfortunately, if speaking to them hasn't resolved the issue, you'll just have to deal with it until the application comes through.

How very annoying.

    • I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
