Looking for responsive, ethical letting agents to manage my property

I have to move for work and don't want to sell as we'll come back eventually.

I want an agent who will keep me informed, be responsive, and take initiative. I do not want to take advantage of tenants. I need an agent who has integrity. I do not want to make my fortune, I just want to pay the mortgage and not have my home trashed.

I have used Winkworths on numerous occassions without any issues, To minimise risks you can carry your own referencing and credit checks too using Open Rent . My friend has used Norhtwoods/Daisy Lets in the past and found them very honest and trustworthy
