Does anyone know why this is covered in scaffolding? Is the original sculptor involved?

Thanks Jim. I have donated. I love the totem pole, it was looking a bit tired and in need of some tlc.

  In my experience, many deliveries are just left on the doorstep without bothering to ring the bell, so you may be in but have no idea there has been a delivery. And some couriers require you to state a "safe place". I don't have one.
