We have a 2 bed flat available to rent from mid-December this year. We are looking to let for 1 year - 18 months. 

The flat is on Peak Hill, a 5 minute walk from Sydenham overground station - trains come every 6 minutes to take you to Canada Water, and up to east London. There are also trains to Victoria, Clapham, Crystal Palace and West Croydon. 

The flat has two bedrooms (1 double, 1 small double/single) with a larger kitchen/dining room, sitting room and a private garden (with access around the side of the flat). The second bedroom is a great kids room or office space. The garden has just been re-done so there will be new grass by spring next year. It's a Victorian property with large windows and has very good light throughout. The road is very quiet as it's a no through road, and it is 5-10 minutes walk to Sydenham High Street, the shops in Forest Hill and shops and restaurants on Kirkdale high street. 

There are many parks within close walking distance including Mayow Park, The Horniman Museum and Gardens, Sydenham Wells Park and Crystal Palace Park too.

We have loved living here due to it's location near many parks, quick access to the overground and the many small businesses and business owners in the area which make it feel like a village.
