I want to recommend personal trainer Richard Brumming. He's absolutely brilliant - and you have fun while he gets you fit. He's an expert and puts together a tailor-made programme that that works for you and you'll be amazed at the difference he makes to your level of fitness in a short time. He's a really lovely trainer and excellent at finding ways to motivate you. I do work in the gym with him and my husband does a lot of boxing and outside training. You can choose what works for you.   The original title said a car had hit a pedestrian. We don’t have driverless cars yet, hopefully when we do there will be fewer collisions.
