Hello all,

I am delighted to say I have some limited availability coming up for some 1-1 and small group pre and postnatal yoga classes. I love teaching in this way and have years of experience working with my clients throughout their pregnancies, births and beyond. It allows for such a personalised experience, as well as help to make the time amongst childcare and nap schedules etc, I've been know to teach many a class whilst holding a baby!

I have over 600hours of teacher training, including 85hours of pre and postnatal training with Sally Parkes yoga as well as just having been on the journey myself as a new mother.

Having continued my practice throughout my pregnancy as well as taught until I gave birth I really gained a huge understanding of how women’s bodies adapt and how to maintain and adapt my practice whilst honouring the huge internal and external changes happening. I also had a complicated recovery and have spent the last year working on my own postnatal program with an experienced physio as well as using my own experiences and the rich tapestry of my students and friends alike. Having taught across London & LA for the past 7 years, I have a breadth of experience teaching privately as well as having public pre and postnatal classes at Yogarise Peckham and HWYL studio Crystal Palace.

If you’d like to hear more please do get in touch - [email protected] or see my website for more information - https://www.louisebrownyoga.com/

I look forward to hearing from you,

Louise

    • But a larger number, in a more hotly contested election, didn't. It is an anomaly that Starmer won a landslide in seats with a turnout for Labour which would have shamed Labour leaders in all the 21st and much of the post war 20th century.
    • I was not suggesting anything else!   I'm not sure how you interpret what I said  as "irrelevant"? I was responding to a post saying that Corbyn was "unelectable". My point was that a  large number  of the electorate  voted for him!
    • that's exactly what happened - Brickhouse were forced to close due to rent hike and then Gail's didn't move in until covid restrictions lifted and normality resumed. Gail's would have opened much sooner as they were lined up and able to offer the landlord much higher rents. Brickhouse was a local favourite
    • The Brickhouse closed just before Covid December 2019. Nothing to do with Gails muscling in as they didn't move into till December 2022. Stop trying to fit a false narrative into a story
