Wanted 1 or 2 bed flat

Hello, I am looking for a 1 or 2 bed flat (potentially 3 bed depending on price), from March or April onwards (I can be a little flexible on start date).

East Dulwich area - I can be flexible on exact location. I used to own a flat in Peckham so know the area well.

I am a professional woman in full time employment with a 1 year old son. I can provide any references required. Ideally would like minimum 3 month contract so as not to unsettle my son too much.

Ideally unfurnished as I have my own furniture however, I can consider furnished.
