Smeg hob

Hi, three of the four hobs on our smeg cooker have stopped working. Has anyone got experience fixing these and would know what to do? I think it might just be the thermocouples that need replacing.

When one of my Smeg cooker hobs became problematic, I actually called Smeg and they referred me to a list of their authorised service companies. 

I called Pegasus because they looked good online and were fairly close (Bromley)… and the guy Dave was brilliant. Ironically, I was thinking of calling him again to do a service before things go wrong again, so I can highly recommend him.
