Whatever research you do, however much you trust or don’t trust the estate agent, Southwark Council can suddenly hit you with a large surprise bill - and you can’t do a thing about it. -
In March Oli and his team did an excellent job of the following work at a property I manage: 1. Completely removed the existing broken front path. Covered and secured the void (coal shute) beneath using concrete lintels, waterproof membrane and concrete. Laid a compacted sub-base and new clay pavers. 2. Removed broken fence. Securely installed 6 fence posts and 5 fence panels across the end of the back garden. Base of posts wrapped in plastic sheath and set in post mix. 3. Removed broken render from terrace steps and cleaned then re-rendered steps where needed and repaired other parts. 4. Jet washed rear terrace.. I would like to thoroughly recommend him to you for a job done very well at a fair price. I think Oli sometimes still works alongside his father, Nigel Hawkins (Gardenman on this forum).
