I would like to highly recommend my fantastic physiotherapist Iris Quartner who works at ESPH in East Dulwich. I came across Iris after my friend recommended ESPH for high-quality physio in Dulwich. I tried a few physio practices in the area but ESPH, and specifically Iris, stood out from the crowd.

I had severe back pain related to my office work/ weak abdominal muscles after second pregnancy/trauma after falling down the steps. She helped me with all three thanks to her unique approach using massage, and specially tailored exercises. What I really like about Iris is her ability to analyse each problem individually and use different techniques. I especially recommend Iris to female patients as you can learn exercises that can help you for life, including post-natal recovery routines.

    • Well I don’t approve for a shop doing the same food to open so near - just wrong in my opinion. Why not go to the village, Peckham - foot fall would be great in Peckham and certainly more multi  cultural than ED. Village has money but doubt foot fall would be as good as ED.  At least they could have gone to the stretch leading up to Peckham Rye or why not bottom of Barry Road?? Or even North Cross Road I for one, on principal won’t be going in.

    • The street directory is on Ancestry and you'll need a subscription to access.  It's reasonably easy to navigate though you have to find the page you're looking for by a combination of trial and error/guesswork.  https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageviewer/collections/61265/images/47056_263021009499_1592-00159?usePUB=true&_phsrc=Soz1793 There is though also a general search page for London directories where the street name can be entered in the keyword field and results will take you to the specific pages. https://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/collections/61265/
