To fit dogs such as a Labrador. 
The measurement of the coat is 70cm (measure dog from nape of neck to top of tail), and 98cm around its chest.

It’s been worn once until I realised it was too small and ordered the X Extra Large. We use ours every time it’s raining and makes life so much easier.
