After doing a lot of desk sitting, working out on the pelaton as well as running and not stretching enough I decided to qualify as a yoga instructor and form NotJustYoga. Located in Sydenham, the whole main mission of NotJustYoga is to work out while making new friends and feel good.

  Vance seems to be as bad as Trump. If Trump is assassinated, wouldn't Vance just step up to be president? Or doesn't it work like that?

  I doubt it was the ice cream. Lots of winter bugs around. Noro virus is around ATM and it can have a sudden onset. It is horrible to see little ones being ill but hopefully it will pass soon. Call 111 if you are concerned.
