Re collection am house bound and husband has Alzheimers . He was very confused when I told him hd to pick up from Sydenham Hill as he is unfamiliar with that area.  If however you ever go along Bellenden Rd SE154RQ , near Peckham Lidls I would be happy to offer you afiver for your trouble.

Quite understand if this isn't feasable and hope you find a good home for the farm soon.
