Is there somewhere to get netting (for clothes)

Hello, is there somewhere local that would sell material, more specifically netting, for the edge of a dress, which I've torn?

Or maybe someone is a dressmaker and may have some, and would be able to attach the new material to the dress?

Help on either would be great and thank you :)

Sadly, that has closed down. There is a habersdashers in Forest Hill and another in Herne Hill.
