Handyman/carpenter needed

New tiles have been laid on the kitchen and bathroom floor which now require new wood thresholds in doorways. Pre-made ones are all too low so will need to be made specially. 
I also need new panels fitting on bath.

Have you installed skirting boards? What material did you choose? I'm going to be installing oak skirting boards in my bathroom soon. As for thresholds, it sounds like you're opting for custom-made ones to ensure they fit perfectly with the new tiles. Have you considered any particular wood type for the thresholds? Also, how's the overall layout of your bathroom space? Are you planning to match the new thresholds with the existing architrave and skirting in the rest of your home?
