unsentimental tree surgeon reqd!

I have 3 or 4 trees that need a good seeing too - maybe pollarding (not sure) and others which need a bit of a trim.

We previously had some guy who was more on the tree's side and said he'd do what was best for the tree as I was being a bit too demanding and cut hardly anything off at all.

Any recommendations appreciated..
