Need someone to Clean/Sand Oak Floor

I have an engineered oak floor. Only 3 years old but a recent greasy spill (splatters travel far !)has left marks that I can't remove. Also some wear and tear in high traffic area.

Any recommendations for someone to probably sand and polish floor ? This will need to be delicately done otherwise would probably try to do ourselves.
