Decent pubs?

Can anyone recommend a good lively pub in ED? I work on Lordship Lane & we never find somewhere to go for a wind down drink after work that we really enjoy, especially on a Friday.

No, it was a genuine recommendation based on the pleasant times I've had in there.

Like the time I spent two hours there without hearing any racist remarks ... or when the fight was stopped without involving a blood transfusion.

There should be something out there to satisfy - where have you tried and what didn't work for you? That'll give me a clue as to what you like

I have to admit hands on heart that out of all the pubs in Dulwich, I really love the plough, I love the decor, and the intimate feel!
