How do you know the position hasn't been advertised elsewhere as well?

Actually Uncle Ben, it is. They used to supply a business I worked for and very hard working they were too.

I am a chef of 18 years and Lethams is a top end supplier. Based in SE London it is probably hard to recruit for specialist positions. Good initiative going on the excellent EDF I would say.
