Ah bless.  We are so lucky to have so many journalists in the area.  You want a nice story, and you will have one and a photo shoot on your doorstep.  Perhaps the Guardian should sponsor Dulwich Hamlet!

I'm being mean.  I was glad when they saved the pub and I am a frequent visitor and share holder.  The publicity is great and wonderful that it serves such wide groups in our community.

The Guardian often put a (Peckham) wry smile on my face

There's one of our Goose posters in the background of one of the photos!

A different person is currently working on a film documentary of a day in the life of The Ivy House. He recently filmed at one of our singarounds (NOT "singalongs", Guardian article writer! They are a different kettle of fish altogether!)

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
