tv tuning for wine!!

Hi.....quite a weird request!

However we are a house of 5 girls and have a tv crisis!

Basically our flatscreen panasonic tv was working perfectly fine with our goodmans friewveiw box ...until the cleaner pulled out all the plugs!

So now e have no idea how to tune it in again?!

Anybody have a clue......we would exchange services for a nice bottle of wine?!
