We tried with Purple Bricks last year. Had 2 viewings in 6 months. Then went with a traditional agent and had 10+ viewings within 2 months and sold the property. The main difference we found is that traditional agents have a strong incentive to get the punters in and earn their commission. They will therefore ring around and try and get the viewings. Whereas purple bricks didn't really do much hustling on our behalf as they already had our money.

Famous People in Sainsburys

Good point: - More stuff for the children to play with. Bad points: - Situated in the foyer - Can't see what the children are up to at the top levels - Right next to the vending machines (filled with chocolate bars) - It's bloody cold - There's a hard slippery floor - THERE IS NO PHYSICAL BARRIER TO STOP THE CHILDREN RUNNING OUT OF THE AREA Yes I have fed this all back to Everyone Active. Just felt like a rant here. :)

It's the same issue when you turn right from Sainsburys on to Dog Kennel Hill into the pedestrian crossing. I always stop but it could catch people by surprise. It seems badly designed.

He is cuddly I suppose.

Anyone parked on Worlingham road might find that their vehicle has been moved due to some 'urgent' road repairs by Conway/Southwark council.

P.G Wodehouse always cheers me up. Not exactly quirky but very witty.

I got one of those stickers too. Our neighbours didn't. I felt disproportionately smug. I'm guessing it's because I usually make sure there's no plastic bags in the recycling??

Excellent as usual.

So the junior doctors are striking. There seems to be good support from the public on the whole. Hunt continues his spin. The full walk out will probably happen next month. There may well be some deaths attributed to this in the media. Then what??

I don't think it's ticketed. 1st come 1st serve. They're doing 2 this year because it gets so busy.

The new TGI Friday is painful to watch. I used to enjoy it back in the 90's. -
