Cuttlefish bone- where to buy it locally?

My Giant African Land Snails need one and the petshop on North Cross road no longer stocks them...neither do Sainsbugs anymore and the ones Ive orders on ebay have not arrived (gggrrr). Does anyone know where I can get one?

If you're going to any UK beach in near future or know someone that is, there's loads of them at low tide.

Else the big pet store next to Wickes on main road from Deptford to Blackheath ?

The aquarium shop in Crystal Palace has them but I may still have huge bag in the garage (I'll check) - we had snails too ... departed now sadly :(

Mr Kruger, I nearly brought some back from the beach last week then worried about the salt/snail combo...thought it could be a possible disaster and chickened out...especially as these are not my snails, they have come for the school hols and I am in Loco Parentis!

oh yeah - salt v snails. whoops coulda been nasty.

however i guess the pet shop suppliers must wash the cuttlefish bones then ?
