Aerial and Circus Term Time Classes

Autumn Term bookings are open now! Over the term, flyers will work on conditioning, shapes and sequences. Our classes run with a ratio of 6 flyers to one instructor where they will gain strength, flexibility and coordination over the weeks, on slings, silks, hoop and trapeze, finishing the term with a mini showcase to show what they have learnt. The final week will be full of aerial games and fun! Want to try before you buy? Trial classes available for £23!
