Fun day at Dulwich Hamlet football club tomorrow, Tuesday 6th August 2013 for the local community. There will be bouncy castle, face painting, raffles, football games, dodge ball, board games, cake decoration etc.

Also there will be a chance for 5 lucky people to enter a half time penalty shoot out competition where the winner will receive a signed Crystal Palace 2013/2014 home shirt.

Time: 2pm ? 6pm

Location: Dulwich Hamlet Football club

Following the afternoon event, there is also a game between Dulwich Hamlet FC and newly promoted premiership club, Crystal Palace. Kick off at 7:45.

For more detail, please contact Peter Adeniyi 07539 240 782 or @dhfitc on twitter.

The club are hoping for around 1500. So that's more than on that most epic of days when the Hamlet won the league and the queues streched to Sainsbury's.

I'd allow at least 15-30 mins to get through the turnstyle. Although they do open the other one when it gets busy!

    • They are. We are back to the same construction racket 8am-8pm every day for the whole of this week. The wall is one of the last things to come down, probably on Saturday. Then we can see how much of a mess they've made, especially the quantity of non-biodegradeable litter trampled into the earth. GALA 2025 - Production Schedule.pdf

    • It is intimidating looking through the book sections now.  I sometimes wonder if they're stocking bookshops' remainders. OTOH, when I put  some books out in a cardboard box for taking, it was  encouraging to see that a fair proportion of those taken were aged hardbacks.
