Mick Mac
You just don't get it PD. You are comparing a refereeing error, which happens regularly, with two greats of the game Maradona and Thierry Henry, tarnishing their reputations and bringing the game into disrepute, by handling the ball into the net in important games. Parkdrive
Bringing the game into disrepute, you mean like Roy Keane, you don't get it either. Many clubs have been cheated out of a positive outcome as I've mentioned previously, just don't keep on about it. As far as I'm concerned a dodgy decision or cheating leave a bad taste for those that are on the wrong end, but ffs move on, and as for Maradona I couldn't give a flying fcuk. It's done, move on let it go. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/35029-football-focus/page/276/#findComment-1013235 Share on other sites

Jah Lush
How much! What is it with Liverpool and paying way over the odds for strikers? Is it his ability to dive as soon as anyone gets anywhere near him in the box?http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36636488 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/35029-football-focus/page/276/#findComment-1015325 Share on other sites
Otta
Southampton know that Liverpool will always pay over the odds for their players. So Liverpool will start in a bad negotiating position every time they want one of their players.I think it's a good signing though. Mick Mac
red devil Wrote:-------------------------------------------------------> How did Spurs sign Wanyama for only ?11m?> Any chance Daniel Levy could become PM?...I think he didn't have long left on his contract. But seems a bargain. Always surprised MU didn't try for him tho, either now or when with Celtic, but there you go. Jah Lush
Wanyama had a year left on his contract. Southampton paid ?10 million for him so they've made a ?1 million loss on his sale. I think that represents very good business for Spurs and he'll fit straight into the team alongside Eric Dier if we want to play with two holding midfielders or with one. We'll certainly need him for our European adventure. Now, if we could just get a couple of top class strikers as back up or to play alongside Harry Kane I'll be very happy.
