But. They'd get a far far better deal from the TV rights from the Premiership. The global brand of Celtic has massive following so would boost premiership TV rights overseas too (to the Premiership's advantage). Their commercial income/sponsorship etc would skyrocket and I suspect that they would be competing very quickly - Man City from skint to Champions is probably a comparable timeline.....

Don't want it though but money talks. If Salmond gets his way I presume there's not a chance...

They'd get very rich and be bought by a foreign billionaire who would make them play in red hoops and try and change their name to the Keltik Hooplas - what with that and constantly reminding their fans that they are only successful thanks to the English Premier League - I can't wait!

Erm because they are a Scottish club not English. Mourinho really is an arrogant, ignorant, self promoting troll. Special one? More like special needs.

Nicking the ball is not the best way to dispel the stereotypical view many have of scousers, and especially when you're 2 nil down.

In recent years whenever Barca have played English opposition they always seem to end up playing against 10 men. It happened against CSKA Fulham, and against the Arsenal. However the red card was justified, not sure it was a penalty though as the initial contact looked like it was outside the box. City have got a mountain to climb when they visit the camp nou. I don't have much expectation for tonights game and even in the unlikely event that we win, I'm not sure that the margin, probably a narrow one, will be enough to carry us through in Germany. We can only hope.

The better team did win

But as people have already said, it is frustrating how often Barcelona get through against English teams after a sending off (the RVP one in particular still galls me)

What about Pellegrini's comments regarding the ref after the game?

And Scott Brown after Neymar play acting. Not that it would have made much difference in the end.

Although last nights sending off was completely deserved, Barca are perhaps a victim of their own success in that respect.

I think they probably keep a few spaces free for urgent last minute appointments, but I'm just guessing  I've found it quite convenient being able to email questions which previously I would have had to ask at an actual appointment, and I've always had a speedy reply. You can send photos as well. I don't know about forms and letters. That sounds bad. Have the admin staff changed recently?
