That's the one.

And no, not at all.

He's in it for one thing and that's not the benefit of the football club.

I don't know if this is good or bad really.....

Celtic and Arsenal hold top positions in a new football financial strength league of 44 European clubs devised by S&P Capital IQ. While Celtic top the league, Glasgow rivals Rangers are bottom and are held up as an example of how things can go wrong on and off the pitch.

Apart from Celtic, only Ajax get ahead of Arsenal in the table based on a range of debt and financial performance indicators, but the North London side are ahead of Bayern Munich and Manchester United (ranked fourth). Not surprisingly, S&P Capital IQ suggest that Arsenal's financial stability may be related to its unwillingness to 'buy' success by spending heavily on transfers

Of course it is, he's still coming out with some pearlers about the rags, must have a book to sell, don't you think and doubtless that will be crammed with lies.

RK left Utd because he criticised players, remember the MUTV rant? I don't think there's a Utd fan who doesn't think he's being hypocritical on this point. Quietly scathing, but nonetheless slagging someone off for being slagged off. Two wrongs and all that. Somehow I don't think RK will lose any sleep about comments from a journeyman footballer no one has heard off...

    • Most recent polls for the next election suggest it will be a hung parliament, with Reform the largest party by a fair margin. But that is predicated on Reform finding around 300 candidates who are actually electable. Given the number of Reform council candidates who have had to drop out prior to or after the local elections, does that seem likely? Social media is pretty unforgiving when it comes to finding skeletons in cupboards; a retweet or a like seems enough to scupper political ambitions. A few may defect from other parties, but do you think the electorate would really vote for so many brand new MPs from a newish party?  I'm not so sure.
    • To be fair, anything which waylays someone on their way to Palma Nova or Lloret de Mar from spending even more pre-flight time in Spoon's surely has some merit? I think losing a few quid on a litre of Bacardi and 200 Benson & Hedges Gold seems a reasonable price for society to pay. ,
